If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us promptly and receive a cheerful replacement or refund. (Please note that as all artwork is made to order, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to items returned for reasons other than our error or product defect.)

The Way We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share any personal information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete your order.
Your Email Address
From time to time, if you have made a purchase you may receive an email from us announcing new designs or to indicate that Michael will be in your area for a show. An opportunity is given in the email to permanently opt-out from future emails. Persons receiving the order, if not the person who has made the purchase, will never be contacted (except if necessary to confirm a shipping address).
About Credit Card Security
Credit Card information is processed securely through our shopping cart and is tested and certified daily by McAfee Secure. After your credit card is processed, the card information is deleted.
